The Grand Bohemian is one of Orlando’s finest hotels and is located near the Panama Jack Warehouse, as well as the Dr. Phillips Center for Performing Arts. Reservations can be made by calling (407) 313-9000.
Jack Katz (EZ 1125) is the founder of Panama Jack and launched the successful sunscreen and lifestyle brand decades ago. Jack has kindly offered to host Friday’s night’s event (March 5, 2021) at his Panama Jack headquarters — a kick off to the weekend’s festivities that you simply can’t miss!
Before the initiation and Saturday evening events, we intend to offer excursion opportunities to entertain brothers, spouses, and special guests. (Incidentally, if you would like to suggest a bull pledge for full initiation into Sigma Nu, email Stefan_Gleason@Yahoo.com or call him at 703-856-7399.)
We can partly thank Brother Jim Pugh (EZ 1013) and his wife, Alexis, for the views we will enjoy from the Dr. Phillips Center for the Arts rooftop on Saturday evening. Brother Pugh is Chairman of the Arts Center and a major benefactor behind this high-class Orlando attraction. After enjoying the sweeping views of the Orlando skyline from the Dr. Phillips rooftop, we will head downstairs to the Devos Room for our Centennial Gala. Brothers will be recognized for lifetime achievements and service to the fraternity, and new memories will be made.
Registration materials will be sent out soon. However, if you have questions or comments, please email Stefan_Gleason@yahoo.com or call him at (703) 856-7399. If you wish to help with the host committee, email Harrison Magoutas at harrison@voltihost.com.
In the meantime, it’s vital you reserve your Grand Bohemian Hotel room RIGHT NOW by calling (407) 313-9000. This is a popular hotel in downtown Orlando, and we’ve negotiated a favorable group rate of $195 per night (plus tax) for March 5-7, 2021.
